Ok so, I havnt done a cycle in about 2 years and after doing research and gathering information on this website i have come to a decision for my next course. Let me tell you a bit about my previous cycle experience (or should i say in-experience!)
I 1st did a cycle and the stupid age of 17, i thought it was the thing to do, and without proper research in the area i done a course of deca/enanthate for 4 weeks, 200mg of each a week - sad i know, however i did not PCT at all. I did 2 more short monthly cycles after this with deca/sust and stil did not use any PCT, i made very little gains and what ever i did make was lost rapidly.
I now want to redeem myself and after building up a wealth of knowledge on both juicing and diet/training i feel i am at the stage were i can try again! I understand now that the calorie intake must be at least 4000kcal to make gains on steroids - this i was not doing before! Also PCT is essential! So in light of this here is what i have come up with....
i am 5'9 185lbs 10%BF hoping to gain around 20lbs
week 1: test enanthate 500mg + 25mg d-bol
week 2: test enanthate 500mg + 25mg d-bol
week 3: test enanthate 500mg + 25mg d-bol
week 4: test enanthate 500mg + 25mg d-bol
week 5: test enanthate 250mg
week 6: test enanthate 250mg
week 7: nolvadex 10mg/day for 4 weeks
Any constructive feedback on this would be greatly appreciated as i want to do this thing right this time round!
