    Pushing excersises= hurting elbow

Anytime i do any pushing excersises like chest, shoulder, and tri's(the worst) i get a pain in my elbow. Trainer in the gym says it is prob tendenitis. I hate this shit, i am on my 4th week of first cycle ever and this crap happens. Should i work thru the pain?
Take a week off?( I would go nuts and be miserable!!!)
The trainer suggested doing only pulling excersises for a week and include some cardio and legs.
    This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your on your first cycle ever then please be informed that it is the cycle in which most elbow injuries happen and they are serious so dont take it lightly. Your muslces will become stronger and you will start lifting heavy weights because your muscles can do it but your tendons cant keep up and somthing will have to give!! I dont want to see you posting here about a torn tricep because it could pretty much become the end of your serious weight lifting days if that happens!
Go lighter on the weights on the exercises that involve your tricep. I know u have the urge to bench heavy when on a cycle but be careful u have been warned!!!
