    qauds

i am lacking big time in exercises for my quads my intensity is there but i feel like my legs are growing so slow
i do calves hamms and quads together for my leg workout

4 sets calve raises standing high intensity. then sitting calve raises 4 sets

then 5 sets hamstring reverse leg raises(on stomach) high intensity

    then hack squats 4 set
    180-15 reps
    270 10-15 reps
    360-10 reps
    310-failure

then leg extentions 4 to 5 sets high intensity every set to failure except first
im 182lbs and growing fine strength gaines every week but i dont see the results in my legs like i do every were else
diet is high calorie high carb(im a hard gainer every sense of the word)
any help in pounding my wheels to crome status would be greatly appreciated

its funny my elbows hurt after doing squats but on a serious note ive been advised to do lunges as they hit the quads nicely, ive never done em b4 should be interesting.

i find front squats are much easier to control, and harder to cheat too, like when i see people doing normal squats they have there backs bent all ****ed up, front squats keep that shit straight.
