    calorie burning

in order for me to get my waist down and expose my abdomen i have to do a lot of cardio and diet with a lot more discipline than most.Right now Im burning 1340 calories between 2 cardio sessions morning, night. So what is an ideal calorie to support that much cardio activity.

that is a whole lot of cardio. what kind of cardio are you doing? because a fat calorie is different than burning muscle for fuel.

why not go to bed at 6 right after your last meal or 7 (an hour later)?

i would drop the carbs in teh meals that include teh il, and have them somewhere else. try to avoid combining carbs and fats.

You're only sleeping 4 hours night? Maybe more sleep would help ?

12% incline? I think you would be better off doing 6-7% without holding on.
