my goals are just to get in better health, in all honesty. I would like to get back like I was in high school or college. I played baseball at both levels so I was in decent shape but have kinda fallen out of the whole workout thing since seminary. Yes I do plan on reading, alot actually, I'll more than likely be reading more than posting. Thank you for your greetings
Overall health. Thats good. Diet plays a big role in that, so probably wanna spend time in the diet section.
Also, running and getting that heart rate up is good for the body, especially in the long run.
