Can some one help me with my avatar? I can seem to shrink i dont have paint on my computer. I tried using Photo Bucket and image shake but they turn out like crap.. Any help?

microsoft picture editor seems to work very well since it has a reduction tool.. i dont know much about editing but it works a hell of alot better then pain..
