Which Car Should I Get??

Okay, so my budget is between $20k-$25k. The three cars I'm really looking at are a 2000 Porsche Boxter, 2003 Cadillac CTS, and 2006 Charger. What do you guys think - or do you have any better ideas?





i'm leaning towards the porsche because less people have them, and the body style hasn't changed much so nobody will know it's a 2000 and they'll think i'm rich

I would go with the CTS personally. Porsche would be no good to me in the winter and I think the charger looks like a whale that weighs 50 000 tons. I know many people love the charger and the magnum but I think they look sso bulky and heavy and just pretty straight up ugly.

if those are your top 3 they are all nice..boxter only a 2 seater though..sedans are sweet & roomy & those 2(provided the caddy is the V8 & the dodge is hemi) will perform nicely. I have a 2004 infiniti g35 coupe & love it...handles like a mother..fast..has 4 seats...& get lots of looks...for me --its perfect. just an idea.

haha well I'm not looking to get a guy I know what you're saying though. I've never been a fan of subaru even though the WRX has bad-ass performance. You guys have any other ideas? I'm not looking to get girls, I just want people to see the car and be like "oh, here comes john!" (john's not my name but you get the point!) You guys have any other ideas?

yeah, the G35 is pretty hot but I personally either want to go with American or European.

i had a 2004 M3 bmw before my g35 & it blew 2 trannys...they bought it back from me -- less my mileage...like a lease kinda. I loved that car...but it had probs.my understanding was that it was isolated incident though.a used m3 could be a way to go but it may be a few more bux that 25g for a nice one..may 30 or so for an 01 or 02..serious car there bro

out of those 3 id get the caddi. my mom drives a charger....lol they are a smooth drive and all, but id rather not. the porshe is way to common. every little penis in cali has one..... caddi is classic. you cant beat GM.

None of them, the porsche is old, the cadillac is a piece of junk(do a consumer digest search and you will never get a caddy) and the dodge is having problems. Buy a fully loaded new honda accord (about $25,000) and enjoy the piece of mind and trade in value later (American cars suck, use to go American every time and got fvcked every time, recalls, break downs and piss poor trade in values. American companies need to get it together ( I never thought I would buy anything but American, but I couldn't afford buying junk any longer (only a rich man can afford to buy "cheap" and keep dicking with it)

Id go with an Audi S4 man. Either that or im pretty sure you can get urself an 02 C55. To me the C55 is classy and f'in quick.

I woudl go with the caddy.....are those V6's or V8's though? I am looking into trading my tahoe for a car b/c the gas ont he tahoe is KILLING me!!! I was thinkign some type of used BMW or maybe that caddy...

if the caddy is V6 then forget it.......my buddy has one & its like drivin an old BUICK REGAL.....v8 is nice though....goodcents is right about trade in values etc on american stuff...jap & german hold the money & actually last-usually(except for my M3)

Might want to look further than looks. Such as insurance, warranty, and cost of service. With the Porsche you're looking at an awful lot of money everytime you take that thing into a dealership, unless you're a certified Porsche/VW mechanic those things are a nightmare. Good luck on whatever you get but try and look beyond the obvious!

9 for Caddi
4 for the Porsche
2 for the Charger

hmmm, that's tough. is there a lot of aftermarket stuff for the CTS? cause I would want to make it my own, you know unique

Drivetrain wise, im sure there are plenty of aftermarket stuff. Chassis wise, I doubt there is more than 1 or 2 different styles of body moldings.

yea ...IT blew itself up..been driving stick a long time bro..It was a manufacturer defect in the 1st to 2nd gear synchro according to the factory rep...nice ride--I was pretty upset but its an expensive car for what u get

Yeah the thing is 6 (maybe 7 years old depending on when it was made, model year is not always the year it was made) years old, it's a money pit The caddy is'nt worth crap (look up the trade in value) the dodge won't be worth crap when you get tired of it and try to "unload"it. Go honda and don't look back(you can't pick up chicks stuck along the highway )
