    when is my test e cycle gonna kick in?

    Ive been on a test e cycle for going on 7 weeks now and I have only gained about 4 pounds. Im taking 500 mgs twice a week, I take in 3000 calories a day and over 200 grams of protein. I have noticed a boost in my sex drive but no real weight gain. when is it gonna kick in?

    you got fake gear probably....

    or your diet must be shyt.

    Possibilities:

    1. training isnt in place ie over/under training or both.

    2. Diet isnt enough to grow on for you.

    3. fake gear


    Or a combination of these.

    I messed up....Im taking 250 mgs twice a week not 500 mgs twice a week. My diet is what it should be and I got the gear from a reliable source.

    you'd be surprised how many times reliable source gives you fake gear and your so called diet is what it should be really isn't what it should be.

    My advice to you is to post pics of your gear in the steroids pictures forum and post your diet in the diet forum.

    Atleast this will give the guys a understanding of where you MIGHT be going wrong.

    Im 5'8 184 I take in 3000 or mor cal and 200 g pro a day. I lift 5 days a week and Im taking 250 mg test e twice a week. I have no doubt that my gear is real so that is not a possibility.

    for your size you should be taking in 3500-4000 cals ed...you might be over training as well???

    of my 3000 cal my diet is mostly clean besides eating cereal every day with a little to much sugar. Im taking in a whole lot of beef and tuna.

    List your diet.
    Times and specific foods if possible.. Are you sure it's over 3000calories? Are they the right kind of calories? etc..

    I could be taking in more calories Ill agree on that but I dont see an extra 500 calories keeping me from the gains I am expecting. I dont think Im over training but Ill def pay more attention to it. Is it possible it just hasnt kicked in yet? Ive been told that some people dont get the weight gain untill week 7 or 8.

    why dont you post your diet up here so these guys can take a look at it. your diet might not be as good as you think.

    some people r prone to getting acne on they back while on test...have you notice any on ur back???

    not 500 alone but thats a start. Increase your intake week by week from 200-300 cals. Seems like yer just not keepng track of diet good enough and might have too much faith in your source. Like I said, PM me and I will try to help. Mods might not be willing to help you cause of yer post count but, I have a little more time than they might and will try to give you advice but dont expect me to hand out more than I should.

    Pfft I hate it when people say that. i think thats BS made up by people who sell underdosed gear in an attempt to pass it off as "normal". BS. I have heard of a lot of people noticing effects 2-3 weeks in

    thats what im getting at...gear might me bunk...after week 8 it should have already kick in..if it doesnt ..i would look into your source..

    breakfast: cereal at atleast 500 cal and 3 cups of milk(this is my week point because some times I eat some pretty sugary cereal)

    meal #2: 2 cans of tuna, 4 to 6 slices of breadmeal
    meal# 3: 2 meal bars cal 620 pro 55
    meal #4: 2 chicken sandwiches and some veg or fruit
    meal #5: steak or 2 cans of tuna and 1 meal bar
    meal #6: oatmeal

    I always get my 3000 cal and 200 pro

    He knows a lot about diet. Im sure others do but Im not sure who. I know for sure he does.

    That's always a sad day when I send Pinnacle my diet and he tears it apart.. Just when you think you know a thing or two you realize you're doing it all wrong.. lmao.

    As for the posted diet.. that is horrible. I'd start researching in the diet forum for leanbulking diets as I don't even know where to begin to critique what you have down.. You will not grow off of that diet, that is for sure though.

    bro this would even be a weak diet for me...and im a smaller guy...for an example...your only eating enough food for a 30lb dog...while you should be taking in enough for a 100lb dog...get my drift...

    why is my diet so bad? I get 3000 cal and 200 g protien and Im not taking in a whole lot of fat. Im eating tuna, chicken, or steak almost every meal.

    yes but your not eating enough of it..
    i take in....3700-3900 cals 325-350 grams of protein and 425-450 carbs daily
    and im not near your size...just for the record...im waiting till this Aug..4 my first cycle of test e only...ill post pic of what i look like b4...and one 1 yr later...to show people how much u can gain with the proper diet and training...without the use of juice....im already excited about the gains thus far....and ill say it again...im 100% natural...btw..it was for the help of Ibdmfkr

    is it your 1st cycle? and how old are you?
    i know some younger guys 21-24 that it took about 7-9 weeks before they put weight on, and then they put A LOT of weight on really fast around there..eat more, watch you dont over train, and wait it out if its real it'll work.

    chekc that out.... alter it to your caloric intake.

    go there...that will tell you how many calories you will need to keep your weight. add 500 cal ontop of it. you need to recalculate it every few weeks and add calories as needed. rework your diet and repost it here.
