    covering up

    does anyone have any tips as the how to hide your body whilst on AAS. I am not ashamed in any way that i am doing it, i just prefer to keep attnetion off myself for a decent period because i do not want all the questions.
    lol this is assuming i make gains j/k
    but yeh does anyone know what i mean

    No idea what you mean. This is not the right thing to do. So you hide it and then suddenly you are huge when people see you. It would be a much better idea to show it off so they see you growing not just a sudden leap. That is going to be WAY more obvious man.

    Anyways this is lounge material.

    I personally don't like to LOOK huge in the gym so to speak. I wear long t-shirts and sweat pants all the time. BUT when I am home or out, I dont' hide it at all, that is when I like to just show the work I have done.

    You should work more on your story as to why your getting so big.

    Personally, I'll be saying something along the lines of
    If the question is.."Are you taking steroids? "Na, but I dont know how much longer I can keep eatting every 1 1/2-2 hours?"

    Or, "Your making some pretty serious gains" Ya, but I dont know how much longer I can keep eatting every 1 1/2-2 hours?"


    Something along those lines.
