    Your lunch?

    My Lunch

    4 piece of fried catfish with Mac & Cheese, 4 sliced of roast turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. 4 pieces of grilled fish with roasted potatoes. Took me about an hour & half to eat and I'm about to make a protein shake in 30 minutes.

    Yes, I'm bulking!

    iv recently started to have a hard time to eat...i eat a bit then feel the sudden urge to vomit...iv been heavily bulking for a good 4-5 months..im sick of it

    Grilled chickin breast in a garden salad w 2 teaspoons low fat dressing.
    breakfast was 5egg whites 1 whole egg w mild salsa on top. 1 slice alpine cheese....

    I had a footlon oven-roasted chicken breast on wheat with double meat from subway - I have the same thing for lunch everyday. It's only like $9 and it's got 4 chicken breasts on it. After 4pm you can get 2 footlongs for $8.99. Subway, Eat Fresh!

    I tend to do dirty bulks. I have a very fast metabolism and my avatar is as fat as I get.

    9oz 96% lean ground sirloin
    1/4c brwn rice
    1c broccolli
    1tbs olive oil
    1tbs soy sauce
    Cooked as stir fry

    (yes I am cutting)

    Carlos....do you eat like that on a consistent basis?? Ie: fried foods and mac and cheese?!?!? If yes, and you stay that lean, then I really hate you. How many meals do you eat?

    i wouldn't consider it a lunch but my meals are 4oz. chicken breast and 3 oz yams.

    Yes. I eat like this all of the time. The only time I eat clean is contest prep. Bulking I eat 5-6 dirty meals a day and 4-5 shakes.

    I am also a very hard gainer. If i get on the treadmill like 3x/week and change my diet just a little bit, my bodyfat drops like crazy. But if I eat a lot I end up either not gaining, or just gaining fat.

    off-cycle it's like that. ON-cycle I don't get fat at all, at worst I stay the same BFP but I gain very slowly. For example: i've been on Dbol for about 2 weeks and I've only gained about 10lbs - but then again, I've used Dbol before and they say that the 2nd time you use it it's not as good. ALSO, the test is probably just now kicking in.

    my diet is pretty clean right now, too, so I don't have any bloating from the dbol.

    ummmm.....10lbs in two weeks is pretty damn good and something you should be happy with, especially if you are eating clean and there is little bloat from it.

    sandwiches...tuna in fat free mayo with jalapenos chicken breast in fat free mayo with jalapenos i sneak off my job for like 5 minutes and try to choke somethin down really fast haha

    my lunch was 16 ounces 96/4 ground beef, 4 potatoes, and 4 whole wheat bread. then 2 hours later post workout shake.
    60g pro, 130g carbs.

    now i am eating 4 eggs, 10 whites, and 24 ounces milk. i started bulk 5 days ago. I am hitting this bitch hard. tho carbs are hard, i cant egt to 800(goal is 700-900/day). I will find a way.

    Cycling and training is the easy part. Eating and taking in the needed calories to grow is the hardest part to getting big for me.

    Usually eat lunch twice consisting of 400-600calories/meal. Also depends on what my goals are, right now cutting so it looks like this.
    11am: 6oz lean meat, 25carbs (yams/rice/potato/oats) + 1cup veg
    1:00p: 8oz redmeat, 25carbs + 1cup veg.
