    What is your favorite meal of the day(Non-cheat meal)

    Okay guys and gals....what is your favorite meal of your diet, that allows you to stick to your goals?(ie: cutting or bulking)
    My favorite is meal #4 which is usually 1&1/2 cups of oats, sugar free maple syrup, and a chicken breast with montreol seasoning while bulking...and any type of crystal light while im cutting...What is your favorite meal?

    Im cutting.... my fav meal is dinner.... 135gs of sweet potato.... 7gs of plain chicken breast

    mine are all the same....so i guess it doesnt matter as long as i eat...but turkey is good....

    i have a supplier...i go and get 66pounds of turkey breasts...last me 14 days....cost me 335 canadian...

    when i cut, my favorite is breakfast cause i eat the most. 10 egg whites 1 cup oats. banana.

    when i bulk it is any meal. most are 40-50g protein, 100g carbs or so.

    i was gonna say the same thing.... Damn i love breakfast, mostly cause im so freakin hungry when i wake up.... that and its really hard to F up breakfast food.

    Are we counting dex/whey PWO shake as a meal, if so, thats my fav. Other than that I LOVE my top round steak with green beans and some natty PB.

    steak, and Natty Pb....mmmm, im gonna have to try that as a pro/fat meal this week my man...Good Call sooners!!!!

    I always look forward to my breakfast because it's my only meal that pretty much stays the same.

    3 packs of quaker oats in skim milk with brown sugar splenda.

    1/2 cup of egg whites (Liquid)

    1/2 cup of orange juice

    1 piece of fruit

    protein shake in water.

    PWO shake-whey isolate with 2 packets of flavored oats (apple cinnamon)

    breakfast is good too (cutting)-8eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, 4 oz 96% lean beef, 1/2c spinach scrambled together. 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup strawberries/blueberries with splenda and cinnamon....MMMMMM. this is right after cardio too and fills me out nicely.

    AS long as i'm eating and swallowing they are all my favorites bro...bulking or cutting ...but especially cutting the next meal cant come soon enough!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Steak and potatoes with veggies is great but I think breakfast may be the best also.

    3 packs Quaker instant oats (natural, no sugar BS)
    1 medium Banana (smashed in with the oats, no water or milk in oats)
    10 egg whites
    3 whole eggs
    2 slices of kraft cheese
