I go for decline dumbbell presses... Although many bodybuilders question if it really works, but it works for me!

Neo is right on this one especially the lower cable pull ups those work great for me![]()
try this.. trust me! decline sucks! flat bench hits the same as decline. only incline is different.. whenever you work on your chest, slightly arch your lower back and stick your chest out. you will concentrate your chest, much, much more. stick to free weights and go for more form and control.
