Yestarday I did chest, I didnt feel much of anything.
Today I did back, I started to deadlift, I did 275 for 4 reps no prob, I didnt go any heavier because I didnt wanna go too heavy on the first day and hurt myself. I def believe I saw some benefits from it today. I racked the weight stack doing V Bar cable rows (300lbs) for 5 reps (2 sloppy), and def had enough in me to go heavy all workout.
I will say it tastes horrific, I def should of gotten the pills, I think I'm gonna pick up a bottle of pills and double the dosage just for shits and giggles
