b12 does help some, but not everyone. personally, i noticed no change after supplementing inject b-12, and i'm using it at 2000mcg/week. i have gotten other benefits from it, including better pumps in the gym and being able to push myself harder before failure, but no extra energy whatsoever.
you may just have chronic fatigue syndrome. could be caused by a number of different things and can be very difficult to treat. i have it myself, though seems not quite as bad as you do.
