    Exercise description website

Hey fellas I haven't been on this site for a while so first off I would like to say hi to all my bros

    Now on to my question:

I remember a web site that you can write what exercise you need to know about, and they give you an animated picture of it being done. So you know how to do it or what it is...

Does anyone have that site or something like it???

I'm looking for pictures, preferably animated.

    thanks guys, keep growing

All these websites are great. This is the best so that you can mix things up.
    Thank you very much!

I was out of the game for about 8 yrs. I know there is a lot of relevant research that has occured since then (and Arnolds book).
