    Turkey Breast

    Could someone please tell me how much protein per 100g of skinless turkey breast?

    How does it compare to chicken on protein content?

    i know it has like 7 per ounces, so this is like 25g or so for 100g turkey. this is how chicken is so it is a ballpark.

    Agree...its all very similar between turkey, chicken and tuna about 7grams per oz give or take a little
