    Hammer's cutting log

Hey Guys thanks for the advice in another forum. I decided to keep a semi log of my progress for the next few weeks. I figured it might could help someone else out there, and maybe a little motivation my way because I know or at least hope you all will scold me for falling off the horse if I do. This is not going to be as strict as some of the other logs or as detailed but I really hope for positive feedback and critics are welcomed.

    I weighed in today at 210; Height 6'2; body% N/A

Ran 30 minutes on a 5.0 incline at 5 mph

    Bench: 3 sets 10 185/205/225
    DB Bench 3 sets 10 65
    chest press 3 sets 10
    db fly 3 sets 10
dips 3 sets 12/10/8 (saw a hot chick and lost focus)
    abs.

    Diet today:

7 am A 4 pack of nabs (120 cal) need something in this please advise
    class
1030am 6 egg whites 2 yolk 1 piece of turkey
130pm 1 can of lite tuna and mustard
330pm 2 oz imitation crab meat 2 tablespoons of lite mayo celery and green
    onions
    7pm Work out (above)
830pm 8 ounce chicken breast with some steam broc

Going to start cardio in the morning like I should and workout at night

    thanks.

Way to take the initiative to start up the log, bro. You're going to have to make some major changes to your diet and training regime by the looks of it. If I was you, I would starve to death eating only that much. You'll need more food and more structure to your posted diet.

I hope you aren't doing cardio immediately prior to lifting. If you ae, you are asking to burn muscle a energy. AM cardio on an empty stomach is what I've seen the best results on. If you are going to do cardio with weights make sure you do the cardio after lifting followed immediately by a PWO shake (2:1 carbs to protein).

Check out the cutting stickies at the top of the page, do some searches for members' past cutting diets, and then you'll be able to tackle a cutting diet properly.

    Best of luck.

Yeah I should have included the shake It was a myoplex orginal. Not a fan of the taste, but honestly do not like anything sweet so cheating on sugar will not be a problem. This was just an honest day right here I decided to actually start and structure the diet when I came home. Trust me I am hungry now and like I said I will be doing AM cardio and I did run after I worked out. Thank you for the quick reply. I just hope more bros like you post whats wrong, whats right and motivation
I guess let the forum take the wheel.

    YIKES!

U are running, eating like that, etc?

Check out the stickies atop the page on how to construct a far better approach, research cardio types for goals, etc. Doing what you have above will reduce you to nothing, meaning no muscle first then some fat left.

Running? And that diet? None of this lost focus stuff either. Check around the stickies like SC said and start readin around and you'll get the hang of it
