    cardio is a b*tch

so, i'm very lucky that the school gym is a block away from me, and i am able to do morning cardio, and shower afterwards... how much time does cardio take out of your morning? What's your routine? For example, today, I woke up, stood in front of the AC for 10 minutes, made coffee, read the forum for 20, then went out the door... etc.. Should I be literally heading for the door from bed? It would seem harder, but it would take less out of my day...What do you guys do?

I always allow 2 hours for cardio if I have something. Say I have class or work at 2..I'll wake up at noon. I started running into problems when I got on AR before I left because I'm slow getting ready etc..

I usually do cardio in the evenings. I work a 12 hour shift at the hospital and lift in the morning and run at night.

Cardio ..is what you make of it.....if you know you're doing to cut and get sliced then get hyped and it will go quick....one negative feeling and it can be dread full especially if you're hungry..nevertheless wake up in the morn...45 min.on an empty stomach....it rocks.

AM cardio is the best on an empty stomach.. back my wrestiling days i lived for am cardio to cut weight.. besides the point, a good 45min-1hr is more than enough if ur looking to get shredded & toned (running, jogging).. but some ppl having a hard time trying to lose weight may put an extra 1/2 hour after the running & use some light weight routine cardio (5lb weight arm toning movements, etc...)
