you guys are so concerned with this so called "fat burning" effect that takes place during and after cardio, but at the end of the day, cals consumed minus cals burned = fat loss or muscle gain.
i can be on a bulk diet and still do cardio and "burn" fat, but since at the end of the day Im still eating like 300-500 cals above maintenence, i sure as hell aint gonna be losing fat.
