L glutamine not water solable *need help*

Ok ive read online that l glutamine in water is not effective.

Ive also herad lots of people tell me to mix it into some soda for better absorbtion. Would gatorade or milk have the same effect as the soda? If not ill just buy some caffine free soda to mix with with.

Glutamine that comes in the form of a drink, is most likely degraded. They are the scams. But if your mixing the glutamine with liquid yourself.. then it will take several hours to degrade. It's fine to do that.. and please don't mix supplements with gatorade!

Look up Gatorade and Creatine, that can kill. Not so sure about glutamine but its best to be in the safe side.

I agree with the taste bad in water part but that's not important. As far as using water as the vehicle for consumption, both Creatine and Glutamine can be taken in water.

However, both benefit greatly as far as speed of absorption, from a glucose concentrated base. Thus, grape juice is often touted as best.

Oral glutamine's availability is less than 30%, don't matter what you utilize with it.

    True.
I was speaking in terms of speed of absorption, as I indicated above.
