Im on a cycle of deca 400mg and sus 500mg. ive been on now for just over 3weeks. my nipples are starting to get really puffy.

Should I start using my tamoxifen? They are 20mg tabs?

you should use your nolva thouout your cycle @ around 10 to 20 mg ed,then if you start feelin sorenesss,bumps,puffieness,up the dose to around 30mg ed until its better ,stert at 30mg NOW when its better run 10mg ed ....hope thios helps....

Yes start the nolva, i always use it straight from the start, prevention is better than the cure

start with 30 man ,then when ya feel better cut it down to 20 ed or 10ed its up to you ..

also get some b-6 in there for the deca. If you dont you will be backing asking what the lumps are.
