I'm really anal with weighing my foods.... but I weigh the meat uncooked first because it seems as if the uncooked nutrition values will be most accurate/consistent.

Then I weigh again after cooking. Make the appropriate conversions for water gained/lost and I write them down the for the load I just cooked (I cook everything in bulk) and I have as accurate results as possible.

This may be overkill for some, but works for me as I want my macros to be as dead on as possible.

On the easier side compared to SuperBallers way.. I'd have to say weight the cooked meat. Because technically your not going to eat the raw meat so I dont see the point. My trainer also told me to weigh all my food cooked. So i would suggest cooked.

But if you weigh the cooked meat, just make sure that your nutrition facts you are using are for the cooked meat (cooked the same way you do), not the raw.

If it helps, figure out how you cook your meat... I couldn't find the nutrition facts for boiled chicken, so I had only the option of weighing it uncooked.

The weight changes drastically after boiling, so I was glad I investigated it. However, had I found nutrition facts for boiled chicken, I may very well have gone that route.

    Just a thought.

All nutritional info is calculated on precooked weight so if you went with the cooked weight you will be eating more than you think.
