I was just wondering what you guys thought of this training split for a bulking cycle...all excersises are heavy weight with low reps ( of course warm-up sets)
Mon. - Chest and Bi's - 4 ex X 4 sets for each muscle
Tues. - Back and Tri's - same
Wed. - Shoulders - same
Thurs. - Legs - same
Fri. - Bi's and Tri's - same
