How should i do the servings? How many scoops pre work out and etc
I scoop Pos workout is the best... and make sure you dont eat anything for a good 30 min after you take it!
Take it right after you leave the gym and let it sit in your stomach for 30 minutes then if you want down a Protein shake!
i always do 1 as soon as i wake up then 1 immediatly following my workout then a protein shake about 30 min later
so yall dont do any right before the work out?
no just morning and PWO...its good stuff
just one right after workout and 1 during day 30 minutes before meal!
or on non training days, one on waking and one during day...........that simple.
