    post cardio, what to eat???

    whats the best type of food to take in directly after your cardio? i jog about 20 minutes and just not sure what my body needs besides h2o...

    20 years, 6'1 180 lbs, just tryin to cut a few pounds off my midsection on a clen cycle as well...

    for cutting, I like to get some carbs and protein.

    I might eat some oatmeal and drop a shake. Or just eat some scrambled eggs with some wheat toast.

    You need carbs in the morning though.

    Clen is pretty powerful stuff.

    I thought I was going to need clen or some other ancillary, but when I really got my diet dialed in, I found that I could get as lean as I wanted to.

    Ditto, I wouldn't do clen unless you in a hurry for a contest or something. Otherwise you can achieve the same results without all the stress on your heart. And your diet should be inline before starting clen. And jogging isn't gunna cut it, 40-60 minutes of low intensity cardio in the morning will.

    Guys, What the heck? Sometimes I found pro/fat is better. Now pro/ carb.......
    please I don't wanna get confused again. Goal Is cutting as well.

    Agreed!

    The diet forums offers a starting point. It's not the bible but it is a pretty good start.

    You will find that something different may help you as you get into your routine of things.
