Current Stats are 5'10 145lbs, low body fat% (not sure on exacts). Been training for about 6 months now, started focusing on eating about 3 months ago. Looking to build lean muscle for a cut look, not bulk look.

Lean Ground Beef Hamburger + culliflower (some days, brocolli or potatoes)
2:00 PM Meal 3
Peanut Butter on White Bread + can of raviolie (should probably replace this?)
3:00 PM WORKOUT
4:00-5:00PM
CellMass followed 30mins later by Synergistic Nutrition Protein Shake
7:00PM
SKinless Boneless Chicken Breast on the george forman + Uncle Bens Spanish Ready Rice
9:00PM
Ham sandwich on white bread
11:00PM
Cytogainer Shake before bed.
Im currently looking at adding in another chicken breast into the meal plan, however foods burning a hole in my pocket.
