BUm Shoulders at a bad time

    Need some advice.......I am 2.5 weeks into a 10 week Tren/Prop cycle. 75/80mg ED

For the first time ever, my shoulders feel shot. My left shouulder hurts right in the middle of the joint and in the rear delt area. It bother me during any chest press, or shoulder lift. I have gotten ZERO strength increase in my incline or flat lifts. I can't even do dumbell work. All other area have seen good improvement. What can I do.....Should I stick to ALL machines for chest and go lighter 10-12 reps??? I will have to take it easy on shoulder day. It just sucks because I had heard such good things about tren, but can't really enjoy it because my shoulders are shot. I am not stopping my cycle, so what should I do???

Any shoulder/chest routines that minimize impact on shoulder joint would be awesome.

same here! i just started a cycle and my shoulder is messed up.. i think it might possibly be a ligamit, it hurts in the back like its my delt, where i can barely do a pushup but once i blast out like 3 or 4 (pushup, bench, anything really) the pain gradually gets to where i can tolerate it. but it really sucks when your putting up alot of weight cause those first few reps really drain you to get through. i even took some time off and it didnt get better 1 bit, so now im working through it.. someone recommended a cortisone shot but i dont know about that

what was the onset of the pain? how did it start and why? trauma? read my sticky on shoulder rehab, simple rotator cuff movements and rest for a few wk may fix you up quicker than you think
