I never understood the meaning behind arguing with an umpire because its not like in football where you can challenge a play and maybe have it reversed but in baseball once the call is made its over

My mum just threw beer cans on the field with her boyfriend instead of fighting w/ the umpire though.

My friends parents yell at the other kids because their grandson is "the best" on the team. They yell to the other kids they should not be on his team. The other parents start yelling at them. It is actually funny to watch.

Last year I was watching my girls little sister play softball and that was even better. Dads flipping out because their little girl got knocked down or somthing. The really funny part is high school kids umpire the game and are getting yelled at the entire time by 40 year old men for the calls.
