hey everyone..
couple of quick questions re: my cutting diet while "on" (prop + winny)
1. when cutting i usually have ~ 3-4 pro/fat and 2-3 pro/carb meals during the day. This is the first time however i'm actually "ON" and cutting. should I actually increase the pro/carb meals b/c i'm on or are many pro-fat meals still ok while cutting and on cycle?
2. also, subquestion I guess... do you folks train differently while cutting and on cycle? i usually train a little different in terms of how heavy i go, reps , sets etc. but again since i'm on cycle here and can maybe still heave the heavier weights, should I adjust training style and maybe lessen intensity in terms of poundage and reps?
