    Lower back pain...

    Hey AR people

When i train my quads i get really bad lower back pain from doing squats and hack squats. After a set i kinda of have to hunch over to ease the pain, I cant stand straight for a bit. Any reasons for this??

could be your form work on your form, use a belt when needed. andice after you workout to help the inflamation subside, this should help. if it keps up. PM me and we will talk

use a belt and a good belt at best(not a velcro crapy belt). if you can video your squat technique, i could critique it and tell you what you may want to do to fix this. bottom line, you should not feel this type of pain when squating
