cut calories gradually, do cardio atleast 3-4 times per week, at 45 mins and upwards a time, preferably on an empty stomach if your schedule allows.

diet, cardio and clen. there are no shortcuts, just hard work. also consider t3 if you are taking aas. if not, dont take it , it is to catabolic
