    Pre work out meal

    This has probably been asked thousands of times but im going to ask it anyway, what is the best option for pre w/o meal pro/carb yeah?

    That is phrased very odd, however.... it all depends on what the rest of your dietary approach is.

    He has made many posts about pre-workout meals, but the general consensus I've picked up on is that pro/carb would be preferable.

    depends on goals, and what works for you....personally i always have a pro/fat meal, but thats just me
