do herbal teas have any calories?

well, i'm cutting up right now, and trying to find things to fill in the gaps when i get hungry between meals that have no calories. i have some boxes of "yogi tea" around and have been using them. it doesn't have any nutritional info on the box, but i'm assuming that they'd have extremely little to no calories. if anyone knows for sure i'd appreciate it. also, if there's any particular herbs or ingredients i'd want to avoid for any particular reason, i'd like to hear it.

I think its fine man. In fact many people drink green tea by the boatload when dieting and are very successful. I wouldnt worry too much unless you are putting cream/milk and sugar in the tea. Plain is fine, same with coffee.

Generally No calories... I sweeten 'em artiificially (Splenda) and have tea with and during meals.

Heck imma have me a cuppa now

On a side note i think it's important to note what it says on the packet.. Some contain dried honey etc. (herbal tea blends)... so you should scrutinise packets before purchase. Obviously the ones containing Honey etc wouldn't be calorie free..
