    Conventional deads all the way......

    Superset them with weighted pull-ups.

    Stiff Leg Deads, aka Romanian Deadlifts, are more a hamstring and lower back movement... you should really feel the pull in the hamstrings. Superset Stiff Leg Deads with Back Extensions and you'll get one of my favorite pumps. Stiff Legs also afford you the opportunity to squeeze your traps at the top of the movement if you don't mind taking the tension off the hamstrings (both has benefit)...

    I would just do regular deadlifts(conventional) where your bending your knees. It will allow you to go heavier and IMO deadlifts are the #1 exercise for thickness in the back. I may be mistaken, but I think they make your back wide as hell too. It works for me
