Hey all, just wondering how many pro/fat meals generally should be eaten during a clean bulk. I know that when cutting the pro/fat meals are higher but unsure about clean bulk. thanks guys really need the help

my pro/fat meals aren't even close to my ro/carb meals when cutting. and i ay have one r two at night when bulking. but you have to find what works for you in terms of muscle gain and fat gains. experimenting will do that for you.
so far the only pro/fat meal I eat is the one before bed, natty pb and cottage cheese..everything takes too damn long to figure out!
I'm lucky to get in one or two at the end..
I wouldn't put an exact number on the amount of meals so long as your total macros are satisfied at the end of the day.
