    Have you ever seen this??

    At the gym today, this guy is doin db presses and db bench press and he had a diff technique. While both arms were in the air he would lower one and press it then once he got to the top he would press the other one.. anyone ever seen this.. he claimed its the best for strenth and size...

    I've seen ppl do that before. Never tried it myself. I just stick to what works. I see that alot with Arnold Press too..

    I have seen that a couple of times.. I know some football players who do that workout.. hear its good 4 strength.. never tried it though..

    I did that for shoulders db preses, but never for chest. I've seen people doing it, but they are not big enogh to imitate them

    stick to the basics.........always did that way and worked great!

    yeah and u kan try it while laying on a stability ball. NOW UR TALKING DIFFICULT!

    start w/ about 75% of what u normally use for a specific rep range say of u do 100's for 10 then do 75's for 10.. do them on a stability ball (u will need a partner) and do them alternating u will SCORCH UR ABS/STABILIZERS!
