hey bros............its been awhile since i posted on this forum.well its been like 2 months since i hit the gym.....i had to devote 2 months entirely to my school to get good marks....schoools finally done now so i am starting tomorrow again....before stopping working out my goal was to bulk which i did really good in since i went from 168 when i started to 190 in 2 months....good strength gains were made too.....now i m starting again and after much thinking I have decided to start cutting and leaning out........i think instead of saying cutting i should say starting building more muscle and reducing body fat at the same time.....I have set a deadline of 2 months......2 months as I have somehting to prove after that deadline........in these 2 months I m gonna bust my ass off...i got no excuses as I got loads of time....I need a very efficient muscle building/leaning out workout......and i m ready to follow a diet as accurately as i m told to.....i guess this may sound kinda gay but I wanna have physique like tyler durden in fight club has.....I know its gonna be hard but hey wtf is the harm in trying....all said.....I need you experienced bros who know the shit they re talkin about to help design a workout and a diet plan......for 2 months I will do as I m told.......exception would be taking roids I wont do that........but i m ready to spend money on legalized substances........alrite bros.........help a fella here.......i m ready to bust my ass
