    One Side Bigger!

I got a problem with my right pec and I can't throw up dumbells due to tendonitis. And I'm guessing that since my right is my strong side(dominant side anyway) that the left develops more. It's pretty significant as I noticed recently on some pics and I wasn't aware there was that much difference BUTYAH!
    Any advice?

There's not much you can do about it, unfortunately. Normally using dbs would be a good choice to make sure it doesn't get worse, but they still wouldn't fix it. If you tried to fix it, you'd have to use less weight on your stronger side, which sets you up for worse strength imbalances and possible injury. Your best bet is to get so huge that no one can tell the difference. Otherwise, when pressing with a bar try to make sure that one side's not rising before the other.

thanks man....i forgot about making that post...i've found a machine (iso lateral) or something and you have to use each side independently...maybe that will help and I'll keep that in mind about the bar
