for my morning bowl of oatmeal, is it cool to put a scoop of protein powder in it? does it alter the quality of the protein at all?

that totally depends on how your body responds to oats. and it will really depend on what makes you feel best until your next meal. some people go pro/carb, some pro/fat. depends on you. it isn't a bad choice though.

I'd have to say oats with some whey and splenda is what I look forward to most (and of course my natty pb and pwo shake).

Thats what I do as well. I put the oats in a coffee grinder and add them to the protein in a shaker, all goes down real smooth

Every Morning I'll Also Have Two Scoops Of Whey And A Bowl Of Oatmeal. I Don't Usually Mix The Two Together, Just Separate. The Protein Is Good Whether Or Not You Mix It With The Oats. I Can't Stand The Tast Of Regular Oats Either, I Eat The Apple Cin, Little More Sugars, But I'll Deal With That. Whey Puts An End To The Overnight Catabolic Process, It's Good To Get That In Right Away. My Second Meal Of The Day, I Go Right For The Eggs; Sort Of A Brunch Meal At That Time.

Nothin Wrong With The Eggs As A First Meal Either. Eggs Are The Best Protein Period. I Just Like The Whey First Thing.

A Blender Is A Weight Lifters Best Friend, I Highly Reccomend You Get One.

    Oats VS Oatmeal

I mix 1 scoop of Syntrax Nectar protein (usually strawberry) with 1/2 cup of oats and 1 cup of hot water. I let the oats sit in the hot water for 5-8min then add in the protein so it's not quite as hot at that point. This makes 1 cup of oats cooked....with a nice strawberry flavor.

Oats have less sodium than oatMEAL so it's advisable to make the switch unless you can't wait 5-8 minutes. However, if you can't...that's sad.

You really need to turn off your CAPS LOCK.

All of your posts are like this and it's very annoying.
