A friend of mine who is a trainer has got me on his program, so far, after almost 2 months its been great, strenth gains and muscle mass also. But I am wondering if there is a more effective program out there, any suggestions? Whats unique about it is that I do 8 variations for each muscle group and only focus on that muscle for the day. Yet, I am not sure why it works so well, any ideas? the program runs as such:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday Triceps
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Biceps
Friday: Shoulders/traps
Saturday: off
Sunday: Legs
cardio is up to the individual, but I do it 3-4 times a week @ 160 bmp
