sounds like you messed up something and got a pinched ulnar nerve. You can do this with deads and rounding out your back if you use improper form. The ulnar nerve radiates from the C7-T1 spine area (correct me if I'm wrong) C7 is the big bumpy part of your spine right below your neck line. A chiropractic adjustment clears me up when this happens, although if that does not work, you may look into physical therapy or go to see a neurosurgeon if it is something chronic.

That sounds about right...mine bothers me too when I do the double bi. Just rest it and lay off the back exercises for awhile. Chances you require surgery are pretty slim. For those who do require surgery, it is usually either traumatic injury (car accident) or a degenerative condition. I would reccommend the chiropractor though, if you can swing $60 bucks it may be a quick fix.

how much vitamin B are you taking? too much can cause nerve damage. one time i was taking 300mg of B-complex on top of my multi vitamin and i started to get stinging in my feet when i walked down the stairs. Fortunetly i knew this could be nerve related from all the B. So i stopped, 3 days later it was gone.
So maybe your taking to much B. or maybe not enough. I would only take up to 200mg of B vitamins. Do you take B? B-12 is especially good for nerves, but you can handle alot more of that. I have taken up to 1000mcg of the injectable stuff a day without overdosing. B-12 helps witht the myelin sheaths on nerves. Apparently so does olive oil(oleic acid).
Play around with this stuff and see if your situation gets better.
It could also be the way your sleeping.
This is a common side effect of GH. Are you taking GH?Originally Posted by ph34rsh4ck

chiro adjustments can help speed up the recovery time and the parasthesia(that is the numbness feeling you are experiencing)also manual traction. this is either a disc bulge or a herniation. when the inflamation drops the parathesia will disapate
