I am trying to cut my last 7 lbs of fat, and was curious if at night aroun 6 pm, if a few slices of wheat bread would hurt/bloat me? If it helps I am currently on a thermogenic (Animal Cuts) and work out form 1-3 usually. Thanks

you could but you gotta make sure you take in the right kind of carbs, whole-wheat to be more specific, im using a thermogenic also and i usually have some whole-wheat spaghetti once a week or so but after i eat, i dont sit around the rest of the night, i get out and do something to burn some of that energy from the carbs...
I'll prolly have my last carb meal around 9 on nonworkout days and I haven't seen anything bad from it. I just make sure I do some cardio later on and not just like go to sleep..
