I am going to cut weight using a cutting diet, but at the same time I am lifting to gain/maintain size. I need to cut 2lbs of fat a week to reach my goal, but as I am lifting and cutting, the scale will not be a reliable tool to let me knwo fi I have lost the 2lbs of fat for that week.....anyone know of anyother way I can monitor my progress to make sure I am cutting that 2lbs of fat that I need to???
