That type of size increase is indicative of only two things, excessive water (unlikely if pain is present), or a tumor. See your doctor immediately.

im in the beginning of my 4th week of sust 500mgs (250mon and 250 thurs) and 60mgs of tbol just upped it today from 40mgs... and for pct im doing nolva 2omgs hcg and aromsin.... the pain is only in the left one and its a little bigger than the right one...i tryed some dea like a year ago and i had pain in the right one but now its only in the left..

get it checked by a urologists doctor.. i had some similiar pain a month ago, but there was no enlargement of size, just a little pain.. turn out there was a ruptured vain (varicocele) that is sometimes cause from strain or heavy lifting..

but be safe & go to the doctor & let him know what u r taking, he needs to know the truth about all meds, vitamis, & steroids that u r taking to give a proper diagnoses

yea its a little harder...i do lift pretty heavy could it be i rutured something while lifting?

Have you set up an doc's appointment yet? Or are you still fuking around on the internet....testicle twice the size of the other is a sign of testicular cancer. Look it up under google, lots of stuff about it and how serious it is.

I had a "twinging" pain in my left testicle when i was 18. I went to the docs, and they played with my balls a bit and said it's cool. I get a minor twinge from time to time.

I would just go see a doc. Better to be safe than sorry. Plus they play with your balls man! It could be a little hernia from lifting, but there is only one way to find out. Have a doc play with your balls! C'mon man EVERYONE is doing it!

when i ran halodrol (which is a derivative of tbol) i experienced dull, aching pain throughout my left testicle. it was noticably larger & felt like the area around the testicle had some type of retention...water or some other fluid. not sure if it was a swolen epididymis or what, but i experienced this both times i ran the halodrol. went back to normal 2-3 weeks after i came off.
not sure if this helps, but if its twice the size like you said, you may want to visit your doc bro.
