If one was thinking about taking something like Dbol or something more related to bulking could that persons diet be dirtier while "on"? I have read several posts about be able to eat a bit dirtier than a normal clean bulk but just wondering how dirty one could actually eat and get away with, with minimal fat gains. I am 20 y.o. 190 lbs. and gain weight rather easily.
I want to know if a clean bulk would be best or if a dirty bulk would be ok with minimal fat gains. I have heard so many different opinions from different people and would like to know what you guys suggest.
I was going to post this in the steroids section but figured it had to do more about dieting.
