    no weights allowed

hi i'm new to the forum , i've been working out for 3 years , i'm 20 i have good muscle mass and i'm about 13% bf , i got pain in my elbows and shoulders , i went to see a bunch of doctors they all recommended that i stop working out with weights as i have a problem with my ligaments which is hard to explain , it is something that i'm born with , not because of lacc of vitamins or nutrition , they said that i need to get a routine free of weights and the only weight that i can workout with is my body weight , so they asked me to do a routine based on pushups and dips for chest (bodyweight only of course) , pull up bar for back and lunges for legs and they allowed me to use weights just for my bis and tris and they said it has to be really light , anybody please can help me with a routine based on just pushups , dips and pullup bars with tris and bis normally but with low weights ?
thanks i know it is really complicated but i'm going crazy cause i don't know what to do !!
    thanks

a bunch of doctors and they ALL recommended??? just my observation, but pullups is a pretty heavy exercise.

hopefully someone else can answer this for you.

i used to have a routine for myself of course i can write it down if u want , this is different , the doctors told me to make a routine with no weights based on pushups and dips and pullup bars which is something i have no experience in as it will be the first time i workout like this so many questions will come in mind like how often can you do pushups and dips ? is my recovery is gonna be faster as i'm using just bodyweight ? how about the rep range , i need someone who is experinced in this part .

eh...i dunno man... no weight? You can stress your ligaments pretty good with just your bodyweight. But you might want to try that cross fit bit.
