Verdict Coming For "Penis Pump" Judge
Oklahoma judge accused of using sexual device in court
Former Judge Donald D. Thompson, a veteran of 23 years on the bench, is on trial on charges he used a penis pump on himself in the courtroom while sitting in judgment of others.
JUNE 29 2006--Closing arguments are scheduled today in the trial of the former Oklahoma judge charged with indecent exposure for using a penis pump (among other really gross acts) while on the bench. For example, on May 13, while he was presiding over State v. Kurt Arnold Vomberg (who was accused of killing his girlfriend's 21-month-old daughter), Thompson loudly pumped himself up.court employees told investigators that they saw Thompson attach the suction device to his penis, while five jurors reported hearing whooshing sounds. After a search of Thompson's former courtroom and chambers yielded items that tested positive for seminal fluid.
The judge admitted the penis pump was under the bench during a murder trial on Aug. 22 and at other times but denied using the device
The judge was enjoying himself during a murder trial!!!!!
P.S. The Creek County jury found Donald Thompson, 59, guilty on four counts of indecent exposure and recommended one year in prison and a $10,000 fine on each count. The conviction will require Thompson to register as a sex offender
