Scrambled egg whites w/Ham,Scallions, and Cheese
Ingredients:
Healthy Choice Honey Ham 97% Fat Free
Polly-O Fat Free Mozzarella
Scallions
Eggs
Skim Milk
Pam Fat Free Cooking Spray
Directions:
-Heat the pan on medium heat and spray skillet with PAM.
-Add 3-4 slices of Ham, cut into little pieces, and scallions
onto the skillet and let the ham get nice and crispy along
with the scallions..about 5-6min on medium heat.
-Add 6-8 egg whites with a dash of skim milk to the skillet
and begin to mix.
-As eggs cook and get harder, add small chunks of mozzarella
to the eggs which will melt slowly, so lower the heat a little.
This will prevent the eggs from overcooking.
-Cook until you eggs are done depending if you like them runny
well done.
I really like this for breakfast. I usually have
a bowl of oatmeat with my eggs, or a Honey Wheat Thomas English Muffin.
