    Question Power Cleans?

What do you guys think of power cleans? Do you think they help, or are just non-sense.

cleans are an incredible exercise when executed properly. great for functional strength and size as well for biceps , backs and legs and traps. it is a full body workout wraped up into one complex movement. two thumbs up IMO

I think the key here is 'executed properly'. If you do them right, they are an awesome full body exercise that builds speed, balance, coordination, and strength. If you don't do them with very good form, though, you could find better ways to spend your time.
