    What do you think of this for a newer weightlifter.. 18 years of age.

    Monday: Chest

    Bench Press
    Warmup 135 1 x 15
    155 1 x 10
    175 5 x 5

    Incline Dumbbell
    60lbs 3 x 8

    Decline Press
    165 3 x 8

    Cable Crossovers
    2 x 12


    Tuesday: Back

    Pull Ups
    4 x 10

    Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
    140 lbs 3 x 8

    Rows
    120 lbs 3 x 10

    Single Arm lat pull down (machine)
    2 plates on each side 3x 10


    Wednesday: Legs

    Squats
    Warmup 135 1x 15
    185lbs 1 x 8
    225 3 x 8

    Leg Extension
    3 x 10

    Leg Curls
    3x10

    Calf Raises
    3 x 25


    Thursday: Shoulders

    Military Press
    115 1 x 10
    125 2 x 8
    135 1 x 6

    Front Raises
    25lbs 3 x 10

    Upright Rows
    105lbs 3 x 10

    Shrugs
    65lbs Dumbbells 4 x 15


    Friday: Arms/ Light Chest

    Striaght Bar Curls

    i dont know what you all think of that workout.. i figure your going to say friday i am overtraining a little and its not neccesary to do those bench presses but i dunno for some reason i like to do those big sets to feel tired in my chest the next day i am open to your critiques though.. thanks a lot
